Human resource management is a newer field of research that came into existence after employees were given their due rights by certain organizations. In the late 19th century when human resource management came into existence and employees were given their due rights then universities started to add this field in their general curriculum. After a certain period of time HR was a proper field which offers masters and Phd degrees.
Once this field was added properly then after that instructor was assigning dissertations to the students and certain topics were interlinked with human resource management. The core topics of human resource management are employee motivation, employee training and development, recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits etc.
Dissertations on these topics have to be established on the same platform and similar chapters are there but students have to focus on different managerial and human resource perspectives when writing these dissertations. These dissertations should be written with extreme care because the final degrees of the students are dependent on that.
